Cancellation Policy

Change and cancellation requests should be made by:

• phone using the number provided on your letter of confirmaiton (voicemails will be accepted if the phone is unable to be answered).

Deposit

We may require a deposit to secure your appointment at our discretion. This fee will cover the cost of the neuropsychologist’s time in preparing for the assessment. Allowing time for preparation ensures the best use of time during the assessment.

• The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled or changed more than seven calendar days prior to the appointment.
• The deposit will not be refunded for change or cancellation requests made within seven days of the appointment.
• The deposit will contribute to the final cost of the service.

Change / Cancellation Fee

Changes or cancellations of appointments may be subject to a fee, as described below.

• Change and cancellation requests made more than one week prior to the assessment date will not incur a fee or loss of deposit.
• Change and cancellation requests made less than one week prior to the assessment start time will be charged a fee of up to $550.
• If a client does not present at the assessment, or chooses not to proceed with the assessment after arriving for the appointment, a fee of up to $1,100 will be charged.
• Should Adelaide Neuropsychology need to cancel or reschedule a patient’s appointment due to unforeseen events, no fee will be charged to reschedule the appointment.

Payment Terms

At our discretion, Adelaide Neuropsychology may require full or partial payment prior to the commencement of the appointment. This will be clearly communicated when a quote is provided. Where credit is offered, full payment is required 14 calendar days after the date of assessment.

Adelaide Neuropsychology reserves the right to not release client reports until full payment has been received.

Adelaide Neuropsychology accepts the following payment methods:
